It provides an excellent base coats used on surface such as cement plasters and concrete and brickwork and other many employments prior to or other recommended top coats

HYGIENE PAINT FOR HOSPITALS (D-9058): This paint is an excellent emulsion plastic paint, designed for interior surfaces. Based on 100% pure acrylic emulsion. Its designed to offer resistance against different types of bacteria and fungus. Gives good hiding power. Have very good opacity, high spread, good washability and leveling, gives good smooth finish. Free from formaldehyde etc. Has very low VOC therefore it ensures good indoor air quality
KOTOLASTIC COATING RESISTANT PRIMER ( A-975) : Koto lastic alkali resistant primer is a high water based ( acrylic or acrylic styrene ) copolymer with a good penetrating properties. it provides an excellent base for subsequent coats, Used as a primer on exterior and internal surface such as cement plasters and concrete and brickwork and other many employments prior to Koto lastic or other recommended topcoats
KOTO LASTIC COATING TEXTURED ( A-970T) : Koto lastic Tex medium is satin finish medium texture decorative paint containing a tough flexible ( 100% pure acrylic or acrylic styrene ) water based binder and rock hard aggregates used on exterior surfaces of cement plaster , concrete , bricks , masonry This product has a very good adhesion properties also good resistance to weather and water , koto lastic tex medium and long when applied with a sponge roller provides an attractive texture that can hide and cover minor imperfections in a surface

ENAMEL FLAT PAINT ( A – 354 ) : Topcoat alkyd based enamel that gives smooth matt finish, Recommended for interior as well as exterior surfaces like steel, wood, cement plaster and concrete. It may be used as a topcoat when matt finish is required
